Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

cant get my MST dual monitor adapter to work with my hp laptop and monitors. This is the link to the adapter I am just purchased. Any advice on how to set up, or a better product. Mu have dual monitor extension capability.

They have same useless USB-C port : 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter 

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only-total 3), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter
