Product: HP Spectre x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-eu0000 (7K633AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Description
When the laptop is in tablet mode, I was previously able to double tap the screen to wake it from sleep. But after installing firmware version F12.RevA this does not work. I even checked the BIOS setting to see if it was disabled but it was already enabled.
Steps to reproduce
- Install Firmware F12.RevA
- Ensure that Tap to resume feature is turned on in the BIOS setup under Configuration
- Boot into windows
- Go into tablet mode
- Manually lock the screen/Wait till the display turns off
- Double tap
Observed result
Double tapping doesnt turn the display on
Expected result
Double tapping should turn on the display
I hope the relevant personnel shall consider this issue and remediate it! Thank you!
