I have 2 HP Z27 4K UHD monitors. The monitor on the left was purchased December 2019, and the one in the right was purchased February 2020. Both purchased from the same retailer. The monitor on the left has 500 backlight hours of use, and the right one is just getting out of the box, completely new.
I am connecting both monitors to a MacBook Pro 2017 13" with Intel Iris Plus 650 using the USB-C cable that came with both monitors. I have done a factory reset on both monitors and I am using the default display settings and the same display profile in macOS display settings. The moment I saw the desktop background, I noticed there was a bit difference in the color, so I opened 2 tabs of lagom lcd test and the difference was more noticeable.
Is this the expected behavior when having a dual monitor setup with the exact models? Is there something I can do to determine which one of the monitors is not giving the right color? (without using expensive tools). Do the Z27 come with factory calibration?
Thanks in advance!

I'm having the exact same issue. I had purchased the first Z27 in May 2019 and the second Z27 in December 2019. The newer monitor also has the more yellow color to it instead of being true white like you are seeing. I've tolerated it but it is really annoying. Running Windows 10 Pro (1909) on HP Z2 SFF G4 Workstation.
