Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd0000 (794H8AV)

I purchased a usb c docking station so I could use my dual monitors that are plugged into that with hdmi cables. When I plug in the usbc docking station to the laptop, it doesn't recognize the monitors. Does this computer not recognize/have a dp alt mode? What is the solution?

Hi @Lottaquestions 

 

This laptop does not have a DisplayPort compatible port so you cannot use the USB-C port to connect extra monitors, it is only for data.
