I have a new HP E243d monitor that I have connected to my HP Elite laptop. I cannot for the life of me get the built in webcam to work (which is why I bought the monitor).  ANyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this?  IS it possible the webcam is defective??

very frustrating ... the downloaded driver for webcam doesnt work

gives an error saying CAMERA DOES NOT MATCH
