HP Elite Dragonfly Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an E24mG4 conferencing monitor that I have connected to my Dragonfly Notebook via USB-C. With just the monitor and PC connected, everything is operating normally.

I decided to try connecting a second monitor using the HDMI port on the laptop. When I connect the HDMI cable, the screen on the E24m goes blank, and the second monitor screen displays the desktop. The E24 appears to still connect to the laptop via the USB-C as the mouse and keyboard that are connected to the monitor still work, the webcam on the monitor still works, and the laptop still charges through the monitor. If I disconnect the HDMI cable, the image moves back to the E24m. If I go into display settings with both monitors connected, the E24m is not detected.

I have tried changing settings on the monitor, updating drivers and firmware for the monitor, updating drivers and firmware for the laptop, and updating the BIOS.

I know the E24m has display port passthrough for adding a second monitor that way, but without a display input in, I do not believe that is an option.
