HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0008na

The hinge of my Envy x360 laptop broke during the warranty, causing the display to break too. Case Number 5115446581.

I was travelling and I could not send you the laptop. Now I can but your support is quoting me £267.15 to repair it. This is a defect on your product and you know it. There are hundreds of people with the same issue.

And you know it broke during the warranty. You have the case with date and pictures.

Fix this.

All you did in the direct message is telling me there is nothing you can do and to call Support. They are the ones who issued the quote for YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THAT BROKE DURING THE WARRANTY. Incompetent scammers. EVERYBODY NEEDS TO SEE HOW YOU SCAM CUSTOMERS AND RUN TRIS TRAVESTY OF A SUPPORT SITE.

I claim a repair under the Sale of Goods Act. The product is defective and not of satisfactory quality. If you refuse to repair or replace the laptop I'll take the case to the Small Claims Court. I know my statutory rights.

I provided the telephone number and a member of the escalation team called me to just tell me you will not do anything.

You are clowns and scammers. This support site is a travesty. This laptop is DEFECTIVE AND YOU KNOW IT, AND IT BROKE DURING THE WARRANTY. There are HUNDREDS OF REPORTS OF BROKEN HINGES ON THIS LAPTOP MODEL, THE SAME FAULT, THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. IT'S YOUR FAULT. SCAMMERS.
