The brightness Key F3 and F4 on the board are not working.

Hi:

 

If you know the graphics driver is installed, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to (re)  install the Hotkey support software from the link below and restart the PC.

 

This package provides HP Hotkey support for special function keys on supported models that are running a supported operating system.
