Product: HP EliteOne 1000 G2 27-in 4K UHD All-in-One Business PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Good day everyone!
I have an HP EliteOne 1000 G2 27" AiO.
In Windows 10 Device Manager, the Thunderbolt controller has disappeared from the list of devices. Thunderbolt Control Center does not display the controller driver version (N/A). When an EGPU is connected to this port, nothing happens now.
I installed a similar motherboard in the same PC - same story. Previously, the EGPU (RTX 3080) worked through the Thunderbolt port.
I suspect it's a software problem because... Failure of Thunderbolt controllers on both boards at once is unlikely. Thunderbolt is enabled in BIOS. What could be the problem?
