Product: HP EliteBook 850 G5 Base Model Notebook PC 
Hello!
My Elitebook has a problem with the Thunderbolt port.
An external display is connected, but it is neither recognized nor does the connection supply power.
"PCIe and DisplayPort - no security" was activated in the BIOS. The drivers have been installed. There is no open entry in the device manager and the thunderbolt software recognizes "port 1".
Does anyone have an idea what I can do or is the connection broken?
