Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bought my x360 in July 2019. Just used it as normal laptop really - didnt use the 360 hinge. Opened the laptop yesterday and the hinge popped out and screen broke- its now unusable.  I work in IT so know how to look after equipment. This was just normal operation and typically just out of warranty. For the £1529 I paid I expect better build quality
