HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wife’s HP Pavilion has been stuck on an endless automatic repair loop. She had an update and when the computer restarted the loop began.

I’ve tried quite a few fixes, I did the quick scan of the device on startup and everything came back fine including the memory/storage. I just ran the extensive scan in the diagnostic menu and everything passed as well.

I’m not able to access the f11 system recovery option, when I do it goes to a loading black screen then results in a blue screen error and begins the automatic repair loop again.

Not sure what to do at this point, if there’s a way to reload the OS somehow or any other options.

The quick option is to re-install Windows using

              https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

During the process, if you wish, please tick keep user files/data and programs

Regards.

@Banhien

Thank you, I was able to create a bootable windows usb

When I tried to load windows and keep the files, it returned an error that it couldn’t keep them due to a working windows version being needed.

So I was hoping to use the hp recovery manager to try and save my wife’s files/photos. When I created the bootable recovery manager usb, it won’t load recovery manager for some reason. It’s the same usb that can load windows. Any chance there is a fix for this?
