Product: HP Envy 13-aq
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought a new Envy 13-aq laptop. Is there a protective film on the screen? It is not obvious, and there's no reference to it in the manual, but the camera doesn't seem as clear as I would have hoped.

No, we normally do not use clear plastic to cover touch screen, this may trap heat and reduce the sensitive of souchscreen. Normal touchscreen has glass to protect and you can clean very easy.

 

Hope this makes sense.
