My new computer stopped supporting HDMI and the RTX 4060 GPU stopped working in early December. (5 months after purchase) After spending 3 days speaking with technical support on the phone and remote service to get the laptop to boot, they determined that it was indeed a hardware failure and instructed me to send it in for repair. I did as I was instructed and shipped it in the packaging sent to me. The expected date of return to me was December 29th, 2023.
Near January 13th I received an email telling me they were still waiting on a part and it would now be January 27th for my estimated date of delivery.
Today I checked the service website and it now says February 10th is the new expected date of delivery.
This is not at all what I expected from HP! I thought HP would be a great company to buy my new laptop from. This is not good service.
