HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy x360 laptop keyboard lighting stopped working after a W10 update.

I had hoped that this would have been fixed in a later update, either Microsoft

or HP, but that does not appear to have been the case.

I am not sure exactly when this first occurred so I don't know which update

introduced the problem.  I have reset the system and updated to the most

recent drivers (including the BIOS). I also tried uninstalling  the keyboard

driver and allowing the system to reinstall the appropriate driver and that

didn't fix the problem. One of the other posts on this board suggested that

this should be configurable via the Windows Mobility Center but I see no

related options there.  Any assistance resolving this issue would be greatly

appreciated.
