I have a HP Pavilion x360 and want to extend to multiple monitor screens. I have a HP Thunderbolt Dock but it is not working. How do I achieve the extension of the screen?

Your machine should have all ports as the following machine

           HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1014nx

It has a hopeless USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which is NOT compatible with any USB-C docks including HP Thunderbolt Dock.

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (total 3), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

Regards.
