Product: HP ProBook 640 G4 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop will not use any external monitor via HDMI, Display port or VGA.  I tried different cables and monitors, no joy…  The laptop has an HDMI and VGA on the right side, both no output. The docking station has VGA and Display port, both no output, it is docking and USB ports etc work fine.  I verified the intended monitor works with my Dell; also tried other monitors with the HP and no output.  I did the Win 10 search for monitors, no help.

This is fixed!  We took a recommended graphics upgrade from HP.
