Greetings

Anyone able to help? My lap top is failing to connect to an LG monitor using an HDMI cable.

Product name : HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn0xxx

Product number : 4TX06EA#ACQ

Serial number : [Personal Information Removed]

Software build ID : 18WW1G4T601#SACQ#DACQ

 

Please note: The problem is not with the monitor or the HDMI cable. I have connected a Dell lap top to the same monitor using the same HDMI cable and it's working perfectly fine. My colleagues have also connected their lap tops to the same monitor using the same cable successfully. So the problem is with my HP Envy lap top.
