HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1000 Laptop PC (9EK37AV)

I have a problem with my device ( HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1000 ), the HDMI port does not transmit video to my external monitor but it works just fine on my TV, also this specific monitor I used multiple times before the issue. Just to clarify that both the monitor and the cable work just fine on my other laptop.

I will give a list of things I tried and ended up with no response:
Updated the drivers and used the HP client to do so.

Factory reset my laptop.

Tested with different monitor and cable.

Forced detection and tried with Windows + P but again nothing.

If you could help me resolve this issue It would help me a lot. I would like to add that I dont think its a hardware fault based on the fact that it works on my TV on the same port, but please share your insight
