Hi there, I recently bought a usb-c 14 in 1 hub link is here: https://www.amazon.ca/Docking-Station-Monitor-Adapter-Ethernet/dp/B08K7KFPFY?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&ps... my hp pavilion 15-eg0053cl and when I try to use it for my double monitor setup, it doesn’t work. Even when I go into the settings and check to detect the other displays, it doesn’t show up on my laptop. But when I use the HP Elite USB-C Hub, the other display works but it only has one HDMI port.

All I can say they are NOT compatible. I know the HP USB-C G5 dock would work. I tested it on a similar machine.
