External monitor didn't wake up when laptop wake up from sleep.

when we press enter or moving touch pad, the laptop gets wake up from sleep. but the connected external monitor didn't. again power off and on the monitor, then only works.

How to solve this issue.

I understand that the external monitor does not wake up, I am glad to assist you.

 

Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant.

Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here

bios, chipset and display driver updated.  all done... but same issue continued...

now what to do...?
