Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi.  I used to have an Elitebook 840 model laptop and had no issue.  But ever since I got the Dragonfly G4, I have the issue.  I have an external monitor connected to my PC via the display port to a USB-G5 dock.  Every so often, randomly, the external screen goes black for a few seconds and then comes back.  This is so frustrating.  Please help.
