Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
on my Victus (prod: 64V75EA#ABU) that I have been using for a number of weeks, I have connected an NEC monitor which has been working fine, untill now...
While watching youtube on the internal screen and coding on the external monitor, the monitor stopped receiving signal.
I've swapped hdmi cables, hard reset the laptop, updated and installed drivers via the HP assistant and check for updates via windows, yet nothing has fixed it.
I can't see where the Victus states it has a second gfx card to support the monitor that I have been running for the last month or so.
some pls help fix?
