Microsoft Windows 11

After a BIOS update to F.16 the USB-C DP has stopped to work.

Rolled-back to the F.15 but nothing happened, no display (USB are working properly though).

I've tried this fix:

https://www.reddit.com/r/HPLaptops/comments/ze7dwt/external_displays_via_usbc_no_longer_recognized/

But no success.

Then I've updated the BIOS again to the F.16 but the same problem, the display is still not showing anything.

What can I do? I need both monitors to work properly.

Thanks

I FIXED THE ISSUE FINALLY!

I had to disconnect from the wall -> open the laptop -> unplug the battery, then I pressed the power button like 20sec. and pugged the battery back, turn on  the computer with the Video adapter connected to the USB 3.1 port and voilà! the monitor resurrected.

I hope it will help the other people.

Thanks for nothing HP....
