HP Pavilion - 15-cc159nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect 3 External monitors (2 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI) to my HP Pavilion Product Number 2SS26UA via a Wavlink docking station using USB-C connection.

I am not able to get any of the monitors to be recognized, however other peripherals that are attached seem to be recognized.

I am able to connect the HDMI monitor directly to the laptop via the HDMI port and there are no issues at all, however the problem is when connecting via the USB-C port.

I have updated all drivers and still does not work.  I am not sure if there is an issue with the USB-C port or something else.

Please provide any assistance possible at your earliest convenience.

Thank You!

The specs of your machine is

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05810483

It ONLY has 1  USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine
  • Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter

Regards.
