Product: HP Pavilion 20xi 20-inch Diagonal IPS LED Backlit Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i have connected HP Pavilion 20xi monitor to HP Thunderbolt dock 120W which is connected to HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2 in 1 Laptop 15-es1000 RCTO.  The monitor scans vgi and dvi, does not detect a signal and goes to sleep.  I am trying to use the 20 inch monitor for normal use with laptop closed. i am using windows 11 ver 21H2, 64 bit operating system. Is there a fix? Thank you, Bill
