External usb C hub with HDMI

I bought a USB C HUB with HDMI and other ports. When I connect this USB HUB with my external display via HDMI, external monitor doesn't works.

If I try to connect this HUB with another PC (ACER) or with my Samsung s6 tablet, this HUB work well with external monitor.

Why this happen?

Definitely your machine and the hub are not compatible. What EXACTLY i your Pavilion 15-cs ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

           https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

model of my HP Pavilion is: 15-cs0993nl.

I tried to connect 3 different models of USB HUB with HDMI, but with the same result, Doesn't works.

The first Hub is: Vava model VA-UC016 (Amazon: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B08FCGFPVQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

The second is: BC Master model CB-C12 (Amazon: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B08FCGFPVQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

No connection with external video.

I tried also to connect usb Hub with VGA cabel, but nothing.

I tried also to ceonnect USB HUB with USB3.0 port of my HP, but also in this case, no connection with monitor.
