Hi there
Welcome to Hp support community
I do understand that, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I’d Be happy to help you with this.
Have you tried the Bios reset
For Bios Rest
Follow the steps bellow

Try performing a BIOS default on your PC and check if it helps.

Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
Press F10 to Save and Exit.
Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

ALso Please tell me that have you tried Hp pc hardware diagnostics test.?

Power Down the pc
Power it on and press f2 key at the same time
Now you need to check system test
Run a Quick test
Then you need to go to the component test and
Test Processor and Power test

Please update me with the same 🙂

@RagzXD

I'm curious -- you said you have had this for "a good while" (I'm presuming -- years) and you also had this "full repair" recently -- so is this problem ONLY since this recent repair?

IF so, they messed up something during that "repair".

Oh my gosh that is a first a repair that didn't fix a laptop.
