I was wrong. The Multimedia Settings do not fix it, just the Graphics Power Settings do.

i followed a lot of the solution attemps with no permanet fixes. However, I have found that if I change the media player between every viewing, it will play normally.

Fixed ... need someone else to confirm if this resolves the problem. It's Chrome and Adboe plyer together.

After reading through this responses, I configured my power settings. Didn't work. I REMOVED Chrome as well.

Test #1 - after removing chrome, rebooted, opened MS Edge, opened site with live stream. Clicked video BOOM it worked.

Test #2 - reloaded Chrome and navigated to the same site to live stream. Failed ... it asked to click to enable Adobe - DON'T do it.

Wanted to share to see if this helps.

What was happening?  "Your display driver software is corrupted or incompatible" - Cause of Problem: Video hardware acceleration uncontrollable.

Solution how to fix it.

1.  Go to device manager setting - right click on (graphic display) - uninstall graphic driver (check box, also delete file driver for this device) .

2. Restart your computer. Go back to device manager again and try to re-install the display driver (windows will automatically search for the best available one) ... or

3. Install the Driverhub 1.1 freeware (100% free) to update your driver in one click: https://driverhub.uptodown.com/windows

Thanks for replying back. It got resolved when I ditched chrome on the pavilion. There seems to be a compatibility issue overall with chrome and flash.
