The solution is above - update your BIOS to the latest version.

I'm having the same problem with a hp pavilion 15-cc504np

 I already updated the BIOS (F.14) and in the manual says I can only use a 65w charger.

 What should I do?

This case was specific to the Pavilion 15 ck series.  I'd advise you to contact HP support.
