Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have difficult in sign in to my laptop and don't recognized my face and write " please remove anything that blocks your camera"  i clean it but don't work what is wrong with laptop? "model of laptop id  HP ENVY x360"

What is your machine ? Does it have hardware to support Face ID features ?
