The facial recognition only sometimes works (maybe 1 time out of 20).
It has never did work better than this. I have the laptop for about 1 month and i have tried everything i could find.
- remove the "windows hello face software device" to find out that it doesn't reinstall automaticly.
- Reset TPM
- update drivers from the HP support site.
- disable fast boot
- ....
Nothing helps. When it fails is says "the camera couldn't be started" (the red lights don't work then either)
I have no idea why it only works sometimes.
Please help,
Thanks in advance!
