Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V390AV)

The finger print scanner of my laptop (HP ENVY) worked for 3 days after buying. But, after a few days it is not working. Every time open my laptop it ask for the PIN not the finger print.

I see that you are facing issues.

 

Please update the drivers using HP Support Assistant. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
