HP Pavilion - 14-ce3002na

My HP Pavilion Plus Laptop 14 has started having a random fault.  After using it for some time on battery mode the screen starts flashing.  The problem is solved by a restart.  This is very inconvenient when working on the large document that can't always be saved.  I have run the HP Hardware diagnostics System but it has not found a fault.  The laptop still has 7 months to run on the warranty.

 

Advice would be gratefully received.

Thanks for sending the video.  I had already tried all the options in the video before posting here.  Restarting stops the problem but doesn't resolve it.  I have all the HP update installed including the recently issued BIOS update.  So I'm at a loss - it's a problem because it occurs at random which makes it harder to identify a cause.

Does this only happen after running on the battery for a while? Does it go away if you then reconnect the charger?
