Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. I have a work set up with Dell computer that uses Dell dock and 2 Dell monitors. I try to plug in my HP laptop to the thunderbolt USB-Cand the monitors turn on and off randomly. I thought maybe it was a faulty USB-C port but I'm thinking there might be a setting I can change. Anyone else have this issue and been able to fix it? Thank you.

Not all USB-C ports are the same. Different vendors normally use THEIR "standards"  and I can say in this case 99.99% Dell dock is not compatible with your HP machine. Finding an HP dock to compatible with your machine is very hard too.

Hope this makes sense.

Regards.
