Product: HP USB-C Dock G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is HP, just got it last week. The laptop model is listed on Amazon as HP 2025 Flagship 15 Laptop. I added the dock today. My Plantronics is hooked up to the dock via USB and my Logitech cam is also hooked up via USB. Both of them work fine. I can't get my monitors to work through the dock using either the HDMI connection or either of the 2 DisplayPort connections. The laptop is also not charging through the dock.

 

Is this dock not compatible with my specific laptop, is there something funky about the USB-C port on my laptop, any ideas?

 

I would appreciate some help 🙂 Sorry if this isn't the correct group but I couldn't find one for docks.

What is your  HP 2025 Flagship 15 Laptop ? Is it compatible with you HP USB-C G5 dock ? Note: Not all  HP 2025 Flagship 15 machines are compatible with USB-C docks, including HP USB-C G5 dock.
