Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried using a Gaomon PD1161 tablet with my Omen Laptop. Although the tablet is connected properly I can not get the dual-screen function to work. I have contacted Gaomon and gone through all the tests. The Gaomon tablet works perfectly on other HP laptop computers.

Every time I go to dual screen it immediately flips back to single screen and there is no display on the Gaomon. The pen function of the Gaomon works OK, it's just the display on the tablet that is not present.
