HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Spectre x360 no longer sees my descrete GPU.  All drives and Windows updates are applied.  When running NVidia software to detect, it says no NVidia GPU found.  Nothing in device manager but the onboard Intel GPU.  Tried rolling back the latest Windows update with no change in the issue.  It's like the hardware doesn't exist!  Pleas help.  I have tried hardware analyzers to no avail.  My wife and I have the exact same laptop with the same problem.  It is as though HP doesn't want to address the issue either.

@ImJimJo

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Enter the BIOS and make sure the Graphics settings are set to use PCI-e graphics. You can select PCI/iGPU.
Tapping the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen will get you to the startup menu options.

Then select the F10 option to access the BIOS.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
