Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi HP TEAM,

 

AMD Ryzen Graphics driver is not working, as we expected. so many lags with Ryzen 5300U CPU graphics driver.
The lags/issues are,
01. File Explorer or This PC Menu bar is taking time to appear.
02. Web cam videos are showing like faded.
03. laptops are heat up quickly (15 min - 49*C) and cooling fan also not working on time.
04. AMD software Adrenalin Edition is not appear when we right click on windows desktop (need to right click two times).

05. videos are taking time (10-23sec) to load or play.

HP laptop.

Windows version : 22h2 (22621.2361)
Laptop series : HP 15s EQ2000

Current driver version : 31.0.12044.3

Guys anyone have these types of issue with your amd ryzen laptop?. please reply.

Hi Hp Team,

 

Today I face new issue.  If we click on the desktop icons (Ex : This Pc , Recycle Bin) we didn't get any response. all the icons are like frozen. My laptop battery level is 30% at that time. 

 

Guys no one have any issues with Ryzen 5300u cpu graphics for Windows 11 22h2 ?.
