Product: elitebook 8540p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

my hp elitebook 8540p is having graphic problems.

 

both the graphics and gaming graphic score are at 1.0... when i google it its supposed to using the Nvidia graphics but only the standard graphics adapter (...or something like that) appear in the device manager under the display adapter.

 

how can i resolve this?

Hi:

 

From the info you posted, it sounds to me like you need to install the Nvidia graphics driver for W7...

 

This package provides the video drivers and Control Panel for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp61001-61500/sp61072.exe

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
