Microsoft Windows 11

After updating AMD drivers with Adrenalin software for HP Pavilion Aero Laptop 13-be1xxx, display brightness cannot be adjusted in Windows settings or in AMD Adrenalin utility. Don't try to send me to official drivers support because they obsolete for software I use almost everyday.
I see graphic artifacts in the browser, in Blender, in other graphic editors. All forums point to updating drivers, but their installation leads to inaccessibility of screen brightness settings, while new drivers really eliminate problems with artifacts.

Reinstall the old version of the AMD High-Definition Graphic Driver, as there may be a missing extension for the graphics driver.

Like my device in the picture, 3 extensions for the graphics driver are still in use.

Usually the supporting drivers for 'display adapters driver', there are 'extensions' and 'software components' type drivers.

Like my display adapter driver, currently version 31.0.101..2125 (24/05/2023), but there are extension drivers from previous versions, one extension driver of the same version and date, 2 extension drivers of 2021 version, one of 2022 version. Total extension driver 4 is like my picture.

Meanwhile, there are 2 types of Software components drivers, one called Intel(R) Graphics Control Panel (cui_dch.inf), the other one is Intel(R) Graphics Command Center (igcc_dch.inf)

You should try installing the driver package that I provided first, maybe it can solve your problem, if it doesn't, it means you really have to take your laptop to a repair shop.
