Hello, 
I'm having a sporadic issue with video playback on my ZBook Firefly 16 inch G11 laptop. Occasionally when there is a video playing, the video pane will turn green and become pixelated.

This will happen when watching YouTube videos regardless of which web browser I'm using. It has also happened in Microsoft Teams in meetings where web cams are displayed, or in chat windows when someone posts a GIF.

I have followed the steps in this post:

I have also confirmed that by display drivers and BIOS are up to date.

The other thing I have noticed is that when this issue occurs, the video decode function is running at 100% utilisation and the rest of my computer runs very slowly.

I should mention this is happening to other users in my organization and we have only noticed it on the following models:

HP ZBook Firefly 16 inch G11 Mobile Workstation PC
HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G11 Notebook PC
