My product number is P0R94EA#ABU

 

My laptop auto-installed updates for Windows 10. All had been working fine but on restart the external monitor was not being picked up any more on HDMI.

 

Please assist urgently.

I'm having the same problem.  What was the fix recommended by the HP support person?
