HDMI not working with USB -C port

: I have bought adapter (docking station) from (Anker) and all port working fine except HDMI not reading, I tried same adapter with another laptop from Dell company and it's working fine please advise if there is any solation

The USB-C port on your HP notebook is

"1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate)"

Most likely the dock needs USB-C with DP alt mode   or  Thunderbolt for the HDMI port to work.

Your notebook does not have Thunderbolt or FDP alt mode

So you would need to get an external signal converter (video "card") that uses DisplayLink to be able to connect through HDMI.
