Hi there,
My HDMI port stopped working suddenly after an Windows update. the laptop wont recognize the monitor or the TV.
I went to display adapters, update it, uninstall it, installed it again and nothing. I don't have the roll back driver option and I don't know what to do only that I need my monitor back.
Appreciate any help !
Thanks a mil

@ElenaM1 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the HDMI port not working after the Windows10 update.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Have you tried with a different HDMI cable?
Please uninstall the graphics driver and reinstall and update the BIOS.
If the issue still persists, you have to roll back to the previous windows version.
