Hi. I recently bought a hp envy 16 inch OLED laptop. I noticed "HDR certification not found" on HDR settings.
However. HP webiste shows that it is as DisplayHDR 500. Does anyone knows how to resolve this issue? IThank you.

Hello!
To resolve the "HDR certification not found" issue on your HP Envy 16-inch OLED laptop, ensure your graphics and display drivers are up to date, check Windows settings to enable HDR, update your Windows OS, and look for firmware updates on HP's support site.
Hope this helps you!

Thanks for the reply. I have already updated to the latest OS version and graphics cards versions but the problem still exists. The other problem is I cannot find driver for the monitor in HP driver download page or anywhere.only driver is Microsoft generic monitor driver from 2006.
