Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I'm sorry to bother everyone with what is probably a very simple issue but I've nothing but issues with this laptop. Every now and then whilst using my arrow keys they will just lock the hole keyboard. And although my Touch Screen still works, its pretty much useless as when you try and shut the laptop down it just locks and I'm forced to hold down the power button to switch it off.

It mostly happens whilst Gaming but it has also happen in other apps.

I've tried messing around with the Sticky Key function but have had no luck. Please can anyone help because at this moment I REALLY which I'd kept my battered up old Asus Laptop which had no Touchscreen and bad graphics but at least worked
