Hello. I recently broke my laptop display screen, but I was able to order and install a new one. However, after installing the new screen and restarting the laptop, I quickly realized that the touchscreen was no longer working. When I checked in Device Manager, the driver to enable the touchscreen was missing. I have updated Windows and run HP Support Assistant to download the latest drivers, but none of these have been able to produce the driver that I need. An odd issue that I noticed in Device Manager was that there are now 2 drivers under the Human Interface Devices named "12C HID Device," but one of those has a yellow triangle in its icon with a message that says, "This device cannot start. (Code 10). The device returned an invalid HID descriptor." I have tried disabling and uninstalling this driver, but it has not fixed the issue. What am I supposed to do?
