Hi,
I have a problem with the touchscreen. It is not responsive at all. Component check in BIOS does not show touch screen
Windows 11 indicates that No pen or touch input is available for this display, but it used to work well. When opene device manger, I see the following situation:
I figured out that one 12C HID Device Driver is responsible for the touchpad ( I was able to disable and enable it in the Device manger) The second 12C HID Device should be responsible for the touchscreen, but it has error 10

I reinstalled windows11 3 times, but it did not help.
Also, I tried to reinstall the driver, but I could not find on HP website. Could you please advise?
