Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E1AV)

Bought HP envy laptop from pc world in 29/04/2021, and recently, hinge has broke on my laptop and damaged screen. didnt drop it, just opened laptop screen and broke screen. this broken hinge allow the laptop screen to pull away due to screws loosening or poor soldering of hinge joint onto laptop screen. 

wasnt expecting this general wear and tear considering my laptop is just over 2 years old.
